I have a Bonzi Buddy on my computer and I would like to get rid of it

There is a program called "Bonzi Buddy" that you can download onto your computer which promises to do wonderful things to your computer, It doesn't and can be a real pain. IDL does not endorse this program but below you will find a way to remove it from your system.

Please note - IDL cannot provide you with support on how to use "Bonzi Buddy" or configure it, we can only show you how to remove it

1. Click on Bonzi and say "Goodbye" to close him.

2 .Right click on the dollar sign icon next to your clock and choose "Exit."

3. Go to Start --> Programs --> BonziBuddy --> Uninstall BonziBuddy Bargain Hunting Tool and allow the uninstall program to finish.

4. Go to Start --> Programs --> BonziBuddy --> Uninstall BonziBuddy and allow the uninstall program to complete

5. Restart your computer.

If you find Bonzi Buddy is still on your system, please follow the next few steps:-

7. Open Control Panel

8. Select Add/Remove Programs

9. Down the list you should find Bonzi Buddy, select this and select Add/Remove to remove it.

10. Click OK once this is done
