What IDL Internet Help DOES Support: 

New account set up & installation
Sending and receiving IDL e-mail for customers directly connected to IDL's dialup, wireless or ADSL.
Internet Explorer, Netscape or Mozilla configuration on a single workstation
Internet setup of routers, bridges, modems and WLAN cards purchased from IDL Internet but not wireless networks
We generally support the following operating systems:-
  * Dialup - Windows XP, 2000, Vista, Win7 & Mac OSX
  * IDL Wireless (Old 2.4Ghz VPN Technology) - Windows 2000 & XP
  * ADSL - All major operating systems
  * IDL Wireless (PPPoE) - All major operating systems

What the  IDL Internet  Help Desk Does NOT Support: 

Broadband routers, bridges, modems & WLAN cards NOT purchased from IDL Internet 
Wireless networks even using routers purchased from IDL
Internal networks; including  Wireless, LANs, WANs & VPNs 
Internet sharing software (e.g. Wingate, Exchange & ICS) 
Mail server software 
E-Mail issues for users connected to another Internet provider
Firewall Software / Hardware
Debugging / Problem solving CGI / PERL / HTML / JAVA
Designing web pages & submitting to search engines 
Configuration of gateway / firewall machines including Linux & other server operating systems.
Hardware faults (Non-modem / Internet related) 
Viruses and virus scanning software for your PC 
Non-Internet related issues, e.g. Windows upgrades, display resolution etc.
