ADSL allows you to connect at broadband speeds using your existing phone line and an ADSL Modem. This exciting technology allows you to use the internet and your telephone at the same time without the need for a separate phone line.

FREE Setup Included! - Bring your computer, laptop, ipad, router etc into our office at Warabrook and we will configure it for our Internet and E-Mail services for free.

Please note - ADSL is not available in all areas, if you are not eligible for ADSL you can try IDL Wireless which is available in most areas throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Upper Hunter.

* Included megabyte limits are shown in brackets for each plan. Data limit is for uploads and downloads. i.e. 20Gb means 10Gb of downloads and 10Gb of uploads. Additional data is free however service will be slowed to 64kbps once the included limit is reached. Data limit is to be used within each calendar month and it does not carry over.
** Speeds are represented in downstream/upstream format. Example 1500/256 means 1500kbps downstream and 256kbps upstream. Actual download/upload speeds will vary depending on what you are accessing, where in the world it is located and many other factors outside the control of IDL. If your chosen speed is not available or achievable at your location you will automatically be downgraded to the best available speed plan.
^ 20000/1000kbps is the maximum possible speed for these plans. The actual speed depends on your distance from the exchange and what ADSL technology is actually available in your area, either ADSL1 Open or ADSL2+. We will use the best available. Most customers achieve download speeds of 3000kbps and upload speeds of 256kbps or more.

Extra data blocks are available on all plans. The block will expire at the end of the month it is purchased in, or when either the downloaded or uploaded megabyte limit is reached. Any existing usage over your plan limit while shaped still counts towards the purchased data block.
 Features and Details

Included megabytes are to be used within each calendar month and do not carry over.
Speeds are represented in downstream/upstream format. Example 1500/256 means 1500kbps downstream and 256kbps upstream.
You will need to fit a line filter to each phone or phone device that shares the same line as the ADSL service. Line filters cut out the high pitched noises the ADSL modem makes and allow you to use your phone line for normal voice calls. ($9.90 per in-line filter)
Plan changes must be notified before the 1st day of each calendar month and can only be changed once each month.
A charge of $22 is levied when changing to a different speed plan

Cheque / Money order can be posted to PO Box 279, HRMC, 2310 with your account details inside.
You can call into our office during our business hours and pay cash.
All payments made with cash, cheque or credit card are made in advance.
