Features and Details

A once off registration fee of $15.50 applies to accounts without a contract. (FREE connection on the Freedom12 plan)

Included hours / megabytes are to be used within each calendar month and do not carry over.

Monthly rental is billed at the start of each month in advance.

With the Freedom Plans a session limit of 6 hours applies with a 20 minute idle time-out.

One 10 megabyte e-mail account such as yourname@idl.net.au and up to 4 e-mail addresses are included at no extra cost.

Service is compatible with 56k and 33.6k modems.

Call charges are not included (we have local call access through NSW).

Free technical support for any IDL related service is offered during our support hours below.

Usage is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and our Internet Access Agreement.

Payment Options and Details

We accept Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, Diners and Amex credit cards over the phone.
Cheque / Money order can be posted to PO Box 279, HRMC, 2310 with your account details inside.

You can call into our office during our business hours and pay cash.

All payments made with cash, cheque or credit card are made in advance.

Prices are also subject to change without notice.
